| Title | Applied Mineralogy and Phase Diagrams of Earth’s Material |
| Course aims and objectives | This course discusses the fundamental process of mineralogy, the main techniques used in mineralogy in the laboratory, and phase diagrams (binary and ternary) of earth’s material. The course aims to provide students with experience in mineralogy, phase diagrams as a tool for evaluating properties of important minerals which is found at Earth’s interior. Based on these information, I will discuss structure, dynamics and evolution of the Earth. |
